The Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army Installations, Energy, and Environment (ASA (IE&E)) & the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-4 are seeking to fund projects that increase operational energy resilience, efficiencies, mission assurance, energy conservation, or energy security. The Resilient Energy Funding for Readiness & Modernization (REFoRM) program will support new efforts or build on existing efforts that improve the operational energy-related capabilities of the force. This is not a call for proposals from non-government organizations.

Each proposal must be submitted online through the ETMS2. Deadline for proposal submission is 30 April 2024 to ASA (IE&E). OASA (IE&E) will publish Project Selection Evaluation Instructions.

The OE-I office seeks to connect those working with OE Innovation to multiple funding opportunities.
